A day of beautiful light along the Sorrento Coast

Yesterday, Friday the 10th of June, I drove along the Sorrento Coast knowing that, after the heavy rain of the previous day, light would have been precious. We, in Italy, are suffering a long period of hot days and high temperature, pretty unusual in such time of the year. And the quality of the light, from the photographic point of view, it has been very bad, lot of haze due to the humidity. But the last couple of days an unexpected rain hit the whole country and also the Southern part. Generally speaking, after an heavy rain and a drastic drop in temperature, light improves quite dramatically. And so I was prepared for a quick tour around the Sorrento Coast. The following pictures are just a small sample about what the landscape change for the better when weather cooperates. Hope you’ll like them
